I answered the Lord's call into the ministry in 1974.  My pastoral ministry started in 1975 and I have had the privilege of being a pastor since that time. The Lord has blessed me in the ministry by opening the doors to evangelistic preaching throughout Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas.

I have an earned bachelor's degree in Christian ministry and an earned Master's degree in Christian counseling.

I'm in my 38th year as pastor of Good Shepherd Community Church in Huntsville Indiana.

I'm looking forward to sharing God's Word with you at this year's Jesus Festival. God bless you all. 

We are a small town band from Huntington Indiana with a big love for Jesus!!! We only play Christian music, so anytime you hear The Troy Oswald Band you will be hearing the name of Jesus glorified. We are grateful to God above all for putting us on this journey of going where He leads us and telling people about Him and His Son.

We are much more than a group of people playing music together. We feel like we are a family on a mission to tell the Good News of Jesus through music and our testimony. God has been so good to us and this ministry tool He has blessed us with!!!

In 2003 I sensed a calling into evangelism which I have followed ever sense. The Lord has opened the doors to proclaim the Gospel and minister in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania  and Kentucky. It is written; Jesus said I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in Him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. (John 15:5)

Heavens Voice is a Central Indiana based Southern Gospel Quartet. We are members of the Indiana Gospel Music Association. Larry Johnson sings lead, Chuck Robert’s sings Baritone, Barry Polston sings Bass, and I, Joe Rutledge sings Tenor.

“Cumberland Gap is a 5-piece bluegrass band from the greater Muncie area. We have been playing together for 16 years. We play lots of town parties, bluegrass festivals, etc. but our favorite places to play are churches and other gatherings of Christians. We play uplifting gospel-oriented bluegrass – some are favorites that you can sing along with, and some will be new to you! We use banjo, fiddle, guitar, banjo, and bass, and all 5 of us sing at times, with lots of good harmony. We have played at Jesus Festival since it started, and we always enjoy playing there. The audience really enjoys our performance, and we make our times more than just entertainment – it’s a bluegrass-flavored worship service. We hope to see you at Jesus Festival 2026!”

My passion since a young adult has been reading, studying, teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1996 I surrender to the Lords calling to preach His Gospel. Accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as my Savor and surrendering to preach are two decisions I have never regretted. Working for the Lord has always been a blessing.

I have attended over the years several independent Fundamental Baptist Churches. Where I have held many positions including: adult Sunday school teacher, deacon, trustee, song leader, choir director, associate pastor and pastor.

Victorious Trio brings more than great music—they bring a powerful message of faith, hope, and God’s amazing grace. Having personally experienced life’s challenges and the Lord’s faithful guidance, these three dedicated musicians share through song what God can do for anyone who puts their trust in Him.

Bob grew up in Portland, Indiana where he attended Portland High school and was the first class to graduate from Jay County High school. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior in his mid-twenties. A couple of years later he was filled with the Holy Spirit and God called him into the ministry. He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan with a Master of arts in Ministry and from Asbury Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. He has pastored churches in Jay County, Swayzee, Indiana, and Door Village just outside of La Porte, Indiana. He now fills in at churches, does revivals, and conducts Bible studies.

Sarah Barton & 2nd That have taken classic small-town country music and are using it as a platform to share the love of Jesus. Sarah performs mainstream songs that are not typically heard in bar settings, choosing instead to use her God-given talents to share the joy of God’s love and grace through music. Many members of the band are also active participants on their church’s worship team. The group believes that there are no boundaries to where the word of God can be shared.
