Once your application is submitted, you will receive an invoice for payment. Payments can be mailed, dropped off at City Hall, or you can request we visit your location.

Adult After Prom
Adult After Prom
We've reimagined our prom event into the 2025 Hartford City Chamber of Commerce Adult After Prom.
📅 Date: Saturday, May 10th
⏰ Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
📍 Location: Elks Lodge #625, 3104 N Walnut St, Hartford City, IN
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! This will be a come-as-you-are event. There is no dress requirement, but there will be awards in several categories, so don't put the formal wear away yet.
DJ Danny K (Danny K Careins) is the high school prom entertainment this year, and we were lucky enough to get him for our event too.
Rogers Photography (Don Rogers) will be taking photos. Prints will be available for purchase.
Tickets are $15 each, or $25 per couple.
Contact Monika at City Hall to reserve tickets, msmith@hartfordcity.net. Reserved tickets can be paid for and picked up at the door.
If you would like to have physical tickets to give as gifts or present to employees, you can pick them up at City Hall during normal hours. Please reach out if you need them to be delivered to your business.
Awards for:
Best Dressed Couple (Formal prom attire)
Best Dressed Couple (Matching Sadie Hawkins style)
Best Era Dressed (It doesn't have to be your era, 50's, 60's, 70's, etc.)
Best Photo Recreation (Bring your original prom pic and dress as close as you can. It doesn't have to be the same mate from your photo)

Schedule a ribbon cutting today! We want to celebrate your successes, big and small. Don’t wait for a “grand opening” size event, let us know what you have to celebrate.
