To manage this considerably larger event in the safest possible way for vendors, volunteers, and visitors, we will be making some changes.  Check back for updated parking and load-in directions.

We have edited some of the instructions for July’s fourth Friday in hopes to make everything run smoother!! Please continue to have patience with us as we navigate and improve! In light of a donation for a raffle this month, we are asking that if you are able and willing to donate a back to school item for the students attending  Blackford County Schools this year.

You may begin unloading at 4:30 pm. Please wait your turn in line to unload, if you exit the line, you will be directed to the back. If you have any questions please find a volunteer in a yellow vest.

BUILDING #1

Please use Jefferson Street to enter the armory parking lot and proceed down BOLLHOEFER LN. We will unload 4 cars at a time and there will be a volunteer to direct you. Once finished unloading, you will park in the grassy area on the north side of the lane between the fairgrounds and the armory.

BUILDING #2

Please use Mill Street to enter down the long lane. You will go right at the split and unload on the side of building #2. There will be volunteers to direct you. We will be unloading 3 cars at a time in this area. You will then park in the grassy areas down the lane.

OUTDOOR

You may use either entrance to unload. We are allowing outdoor vendors to park in the grass on the north side of the parking lot where you set up. You can park there and unload or wait in either line to unload. If you use the Mill Street entrance and are an outdoor vendor, please split to the left side of the barns.

Gates will be locked until 4:30pm. No early entries.

Indoor spaces will be assigned based on the order registrations are received. We will attempt to accommodate request made on the registration form, but please understand if preference cannot be met. Notes:

All spaces are open for vendor set up at 4:30 PM. No early birds please, our hard working volunteers all have a full shift at their "day job" before we come to hang out with you.

Tables are not provided.

The hours for this event are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Vendor preferences will be honored on a first-registered basis, using the time stamp from your online registration.
